Visit us and meet us in person
We know how important it is to see everything with your own eyes before starting any course. Future students are welcome to visit our clinic, observe how the training takes place, see the treatment rooms and learning environment and speak directly with our tutors and managers.
Support from first day
Even before the course begins, we help you prepare everything. We explain how the training will work, how to use the learning platform, what you need to start the course and how to organise your learning process properly. From the first day, students clearly understand where to begin and what the next steps will be during the course.
Once the course starts, every student has ongoing contact with the our academy team. You can reach out with any question — academic, organisational or professional — and you will always receive your guidance and assistance.
During your visit you are welcome to ask any questions: how the course is structured, whether it is difficult to start from zero, what practical training looks like, how to work with clients, and what opportunities are available after graduation. We explain every stage honestly and transparently, showing how everything works in reality so that you can make your decision with confidence and peace of mind.
Support during practical training
Practical training is the most important stage for a future specialist and this is when support matters the most. Tutors are always near you, while working with models: supervising the process, guiding students, answering questions and helping to correct mistakes immediately during practice so that safe and also correct techniques are developed from the very beginning.
We understand that the first experience of working with a client can feel intimidating. That is why the academy provides models for students to practise on during training and supports them at every step. You are never left alone in the situation — the tutor explains how to carry out a consultation, how to communicate with a client, how to respond to questions, and how to act confidently and professionally.
Our goal is not only for you to perform a procedure technically, but to fully understand the entire process — from communication to completing the appointment. As a result, you leave the training with real practical experience, not just theoretical knowledge.
Community and ongoing communication
All students are added to a private learning group where they can communicate with each other, ask questions, and receive guidance from tutors and course managers. It is a convenient space where you stay connected at all times and can clarify any detail or ask for advice even between training sessions.
Often the most questions appear after your first independent work — and that is exactly when support is most important. In the group you can share situations, show photos of your work, discuss procedures and receive any recommendations. You also see other students going through the same journey like you, which helps you feel more confident and reassured that you are not alone with some problem.
